Additionally, we can structure support programs to maximize flexibility to minimize downtime caused by equipment failures.

Flat Rate Repair Plans

With our Flat Rate Repair plan, repair prices are agreed to and locked in advance of the failure. Parts and labor are covered under one simple rate.No-hassle Flat-Rate options for your equipment repairs. 1 to 3 days turn-around excluding transit time.

Expedited Replacement

For companies who need a replacement sent out for next day delivery to minimize down time. Previously prepared and tested unit is provided via Next Day delivery from a dedicated spares pool. Upon receipt of the replacement unit, customer will return the failed unit to BIZ120 using the packaging and pre-paid return label to our service facility. Upon receipt at our service center, the unit will be repaired and returned to customer’s spares pool.

Time & Materials

The Time & Materials plan provides repair services on your equipment at flat hourly rate plus material costs. Estimate of repair costs are provided for approval prior to any repairs. Repair estimates are provided free of charge, without any obligation to proceed with the repair. Great option for repairs that require expensive replacement parts (i.e., main-boards, displays, print heads) or customers a variety of differing models of equipment. Once pricing is approved – typically 1-3 day turn-around excluding transit time.

Annual Repair Plans

Designed for companies who want to pay one amount annually for coverage for all equipment failures experienced. This option provides for unlimited repairs due the period of the Service plan. One annual fee to cover all your contracted equipment repairs. Flexible payment schedule (quarterly or annual payment). Typically, 1 to 3 days turn-around excluding transit time.

Repair Plan Exclusions

  • Units damaged due to neglect, abuse or misuse
  • Operator error, unauthorized modification/alteration or attempted repair
  • Smoke, water, extreme temperature or man-made disasters
